This American IPA delivers a vibrant sensory experience designed with a brewer's preference for high drinkability. The profile is defined by a bold, punchy hop presence where Krush hops provide a bright, assertive citrus zest that cuts through the palate. This character is complemented by the inclusion of HBC 1019, which contributes layers of succulent peach and lush tropical sweetness. The malt base remains intentionally understated, offering a clean, grainy backbone that allows the hop oils to dominate the experience. Appearance. Color ranges from medium gold to light amber (6–9 SRM). Brilliantly clear with a medium-sized, persistent white head that leaves consistent lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High hop intensity featuring prominent citrus zest, grapefruit, and resin. Secondary notes of ripe peach and tropical melon are evident. Low, clean, grainy maltiness supports the hops. Fermentation profile is clean with no significant yeast esters.

Taste. Initial hop-forward impression of orange peel and lemon zest, quickly followed by stone fruit and tropical flavors. Low, bready malt sweetness is present but fleeting. Bitterness is medium-high and clean, leading to a dry, crisp finish. The aftertaste is hoppy and moderately bitter with no harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, crisp texture. Carbonation is medium-high. Very light, smooth alcohol warmth is present but well-integrated. No perceived astringency.
