This Double IPA is a sensory powerhouse defined by a staggering seventeen-day continuous dry-hopping regimen. The combination of Melba, Superdelic Cryo, and Nectaron Cryo creates a saturated profile of ripe peach, mango nectar, and vibrant passionfruit. At 8% ABV, the beer offers a deep, citrus candy sweetness balanced by a soft, pillowy texture. While the hop intensity is massive, the bitterness remains exceptionally restrained, allowing the lush, oily tropical fruit character to dominate the palate. The result is a modern, juicy interpretation of the style that prioritizes aromatic saturation and a smooth, nectar-like finish over harsh bitterness.

Appearance. Pale gold to light orange; opaque and heavily hazy; thick, persistent white head with dense lacing and excellent retention.

Aroma. High to intense hop aroma; dominant notes of ripe mango, crushed passionfruit, and fuzzy peach; secondary citrus candy and resinous hop oils; low, neutral, crackery malt in the background; clean fermentation profile.

Taste. Initial burst of tropical fruit juice; heavy flavors of peach and mango nectar driven by Melba and Nectaron Cryo; moderately low bitterness that provides a soft structure; neutral, soft malt backbone; finish is medium-dry and lingering with a saturated, resinous hop oil coat; very clean fermentation.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a distinctively soft, pillowy, and creamy texture; moderate carbonation; noticeable but smooth alcohol warmth; no hop-derived astringency or harshness.
