This sessionable American Pale Ale offers a vibrant sensory profile driven by a trio of classic hops. Chinook and Cascade deliver refreshing high notes of resinous pine, sharp lime zest, and pithy grapefruit, while Citra softens the edges with juicy layers of ripe orange and fuzzy peach. Despite its approachable 4% ABV, the addition of malted wheat and flaked barley provides a surprisingly substantial mouthfeel and a subtle grainy sweetness that anchors the hop-forward character. Naturally hazy and brilliantly bright on the palate, it finishes clean with a restrained bitterness that emphasizes pure hop flavor over harshness.

Appearance. Pale gold (approx. 5-6 SRM). Naturally hazy with a moderately large, persistent white head and fine-beaded lacing.

Aroma. Moderate to high intensity. Bright citrus notes of grapefruit and lime zest pair with earthy pine. Secondary aromas of tropical orange and stone fruit peach are supported by a low, clean, bready malt background from the wheat.

Taste. Initial hop-forward flavors of citrus rind and pine needles. The malt presence is low but supportive, offering a soft grainy character from the flaked barley. Hop bitterness is mild and well-integrated. The mid-palate reveals juicier fruit notes of orange and peach, leading to a clean, dry, and refreshing finish with a lingering citrus aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body, appearing fuller than the ABV suggests due to the use of wheat and flaked barley. Moderate to high carbonation. Smooth texture with no detectable alcohol warmth or astringency.
