This refreshing Wild Specialty Beer presents a vibrant sensory profile centered on fresh Morello cherries. The aroma bursts with tart cherry skins and a clean, lactic acidity, accented by subtle, earthy wild fermentation notes. On the palate, the Morello cherries provide a bright, juicy character that leads into a crisp, bone-dry finish. A light, cracker-like malt base supports the fruit without adding sweetness, while a sharp, refreshing sourness provides structure.
