On the palate, a rich, velvety texture carries flavors of caramelized stone fruit and dark berries, supported by a structured tannic backbone. The 6% ABV provides a substantial presence without overt heat, allowing the concentrated fruit sugars to linger in a long, warming finish. It balances traditional cider acidity with the decadent, oxidative depth of oak-influenced maturation, resulting in a remarkably full-bodied and indulgent profile.
Appearance. Deep gold to rich amber. Crystal clear with a still to lightly sparkling, petillant presentation; minimal head formation with rapid dissipation and no lacing.
Aroma. High intensity; distinct tropical fruit esters of ripe pineapple and mango blended with heavy notes of raisins, figs, and toasted oak. Clean fermentation profile with no sulfur or significant acetic character.
Taste. Pronounced richness with an initial impression of honeyed apple. Flavors of dark dried fruit, specifically raisin and date, dominate the mid-palate.
