Hahn Super Dry 3.5 presents a streamlined sensory experience defined by its exceptional crispness and attenuated finish. Utilizing Pale Lager malt alongside specialized malts, it offers a subtle grainy sweetness that yields quickly to a bone-dry palate. The use of cane sugar ensures a lean profile, while the Australian lager yeast contributes a faint, clean fruitiness in the background. Its light body and brisk carbonation create a refreshing, thirst-quenching character typical of an American Lager. This mid-strength brew balances its low hop bitterness with a neutral, clean fermentation profile, making it highly drinkable and bright.

Appearance. Brilliant clarity with a pale straw color (SRM 2-3). Topped by a white, frothy head with low retention that leaves minimal lacing.

Aroma. Low intensity aroma featuring subtle notes of grainy Pale Lager malt and a hint of sweetness. A very light, clean fruity ester profile is present, with virtually no hop aroma or a faint, fleeting herbal note from the hop extract.

Taste. The initial impression is neutral and clean, moving into a light grainy malt flavor. It is highly attenuated with a very dry finish. Hop bitterness is low, providing just enough balance against the malt. The aftertaste is short and crisp with no lingering harshness or residual sugar.

Mouthfeel. Light-bodied and lean. High carbonation provides a prickly carbonic bite on the tongue. There is no perceived alcohol warmth, reflecting its 3.5% ABV, resulting in a smooth and refreshing texture.
