This 30th Anniversary English IPA presents a bold, elevated take on the style, leaning into its 8% ABV with graceful strength. A foundation of pale ale malt provides a sturdy, bready core with hints of light toffee, supporting a pronounced English hop profile. Expect traditional notes of spicy pepper, dried wildflower, and a touch of marmalade-like orange.
