This classic Weissbier presents a traditional Munich profile, pouring a naturally cloudy gold with a signature moussy head. The aroma is dominated by the iconic interplay of banana esters and clove-like phenols, enriched by subtle hints of honey and nutmeg. On the palate, a soft, bready Pilsner malt and wheat foundation supports refreshing citrus notes and a delicate spice. The finish is remarkably clean and effervescent, showcasing the brewery’s centuries-old expertise. Appearance. Deep gold (4-6 SRM) with a significant, persistent haze from suspended yeast and wheat. It features a very thick, moussy, long-lasting white head with exceptional lacing.

Aroma. Moderate to high intensity featuring prominent ripe banana esters and spicy clove phenols, with an additional hint of nutmeg. The malt character is bready and doughy from the wheat, accented by a subtle honey-like sweetness. Very low floral hop aroma.

Taste. Initial impression is refreshing and bright with a slight citrus-like acidity. Flavors of banana and grainy-sweet Pilsner malt are balanced by spicy phenols and a touch of nutmeg. Low bitterness (approx. 12 IBU) ensures a well-rounded palate. The finish is relatively dry and clean with a lingering bready malt aftertaste.
