This bright American IPA pours with a refreshing, hop-forward brilliance, showcasing the vibrant character of fresh hops. The aroma delivers an inviting burst of citrus zest, pine resin, and soft tropical fruit, backed by a clean, light pale malt profile that suggests fresh-baked bread. On the palate, a smooth bitterness elegantly balances a delicate, crackery malt sweetness, allowing the fresh herbal and citrusy hop flavors to take center stage. Exceptionally drinkable and crisp, it finishes dry and clean with a lingering touch of floral hop notes, offering a highly refreshing and aromatic experience.
Appearance. Medium gold in color with a slight, beautiful haze from fresh hopping. Supports a medium-sized, frothy white head with good persistence and delicate lacing.
