The sensory profile is dominated by high-intensity aromas of zesty tangerine peel and bright citrus juice, interwoven with a clean lactic tartness and subtle wild funk. Its appearance is a glowing hazy gold with a soft orange tint and fleeting effervescence. On the palate, the sharp, refreshing acidity of the wild fermentation amplifies the juicy mandarin flavors, finishing remarkably dry with a light citrus oil bitterness. This festive ale balances festive fruit brightness with a complex, crisp wild character.

Appearance. Pale gold with a distinct orange-amber hue (SRM 5-7); hazy to opaque from heavy fruit addition. White head is thin with rapid dissipation, typical of acidic wild fermentations, leaving minimal lacing.

Aroma. High intensity aromatics of freshly peeled mandarins, tangerine zest, and bright citrus oils. A noticeable clean lactic tartness accompanies the fruit, with very low earthy funk and no hop aroma. Malt is nearly absent, allowing the fruit and fermentation acids to lead.
