The addition of herbs and spices integrates seamlessly with the spicy yeast character, creating a complex sensory experience. On the palate, a rounded grain-sweetness is quickly countered by a firm bitterness and a remarkably dry, effervescent finish. Appearance. Deep gold to pale amber (6 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Features a tall, dense, creamy white head with excellent retention that leaves significant lacing on the glass.
