This German Pils offers a refined and crisp experience, emphasizing a remarkably dry finish and the smooth drinkability characteristic of a premium lager. It presents a brilliant gold hue beneath a persistent white head. The aroma is defined by moderately high floral and spicy notes from traditional German hops, layered over a clean, grainy, and slightly doughy Continental Pilsner malt profile. On the palate, an initial touch of toasted cracker is swiftly overtaken by a firm, clean bitterness. The mouthfeel is medium-light and highly carbonated, featuring a subtle mineral sharpness that enhances the refreshing, lingering, and bone-dry aftertaste.
Appearance. Straw to deep yellow (SRM 2–4); brilliant clarity with a creamy, long-lasting white head and excellent lacing.
Aroma. Moderate to moderately-high floral and spicy hop intensity. Low grainy-sweet and doughy malt character with a hint of toasted cracker. Clean fermentation profile with no yeast-derived esters or phenols.
Taste. Initial grainy malt flavor is quickly suppressed by a medium-high hop bitterness. Flavors of spicy and herbal hops are prominent. Finishes very dry and crisp with a lingering bitterness and a touch of malt graininess in the aftertaste. Clean, well-attenuated fermentation character.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with medium-high carbonation. Smooth but crisp; features a slight flinty or minerally sharpness without being harsh. No alcohol warmth.
