Guineu Rossa is a refined Czech Premium Pale Lager that delivers a sophisticated balance between bready malt complexity and assertive herbal hop character. Pouring a brilliant golden hue with a dense white head, it opens with a moderate aroma of rich grain and a delicate, light fruitiness derived from traditional fermentation. The palate is defined by its fine, creamy mouthfeel and lower carbonation, which smooths the transition from soft malt sweetness to a firm, lingering bitterness. Refreshing and clean, this lager showcases a well-rounded structure where the noble hop qualities persist long into the crisp, dry finish.
Appearance. Deep gold color (5–6 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a dense, long-lasting, creamy white head and excellent lacing.
Aroma. Moderate intensity with a bready-rich malt profile. Medium herbal hop bouquet is present, accompanied by very low, subtle fruity esters and a clean fermentation character.
Taste. Initial rich, bready malt flavor followed by pronounced herbal hop notes. Bitterness is firm and prominent but rounded and never harsh. The finish is long and dry with a clean, lingering bitterness and a soft malt backbone.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with a notably fine, creamy texture. Carbonation is low to moderate, providing a smooth and refreshing sensation without any alcohol warmth.
