This American IPA showcases a vibrant, summery profile driven by high-temperature Norwegian Kveik fermentation, which imparts a distinctive floral and stone fruit ester profile. The hop bill of Hüll Melon, Calista, and Ekuanot creates a layered sensory experience, led by notes of honeydew melon, ripe apricot, and bright tropical lime. A clean, supporting malt backbone allows these modern hop flavors to remain the focal point. Appearance. Medium gold in color (approx. 7 SRM) with a slight, yeast-induced haze. Pours with a medium-sized, off-white head characterized by good persistence and moderate lacing.

Aroma. High aromatic intensity. Prominent notes of honeydew melon and strawberry from Hüll Melon are complemented by peach and stone fruit esters. Ekuanot adds layers of tropical papaya and lime zest. A low, clean, grainy maltiness provides a subtle foundation for the floral and fruity fermentation character.
