End Of Humanity is a decadent Imperial Stout that commands attention with its massive 12.2% presence. This collaboration captures a complex sensory landscape, defined by a luxurious infusion of cacao nibs that provides a deep, bittersweet chocolate foundation. The standout panettone aroma introduces festive layers of candied citrus peel, raisins, and sweet bready dough, bridging the gap between dessert and classic dark beer. Its viscous, chewy texture is exceptionally smooth, offering a long, lingering sip where roasted malt intensity meets the warmth of well-integrated alcohol. It is a harmonious, bold, and velvety finish for the palate.

Appearance. Jet black (40+ SRM) and completely opaque. Pours with a thick, persistent dark tan head and exhibits high viscosity with visible legs on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity with a dominant character of roasted cocoa and bittersweet chocolate. Unique specialty notes of panettone bring complex candied orange peel, vanilla, and golden raisin aromas. Low earthy hops and moderate dark fruit esters like plum and fig are supported by a smooth, clean alcohol presence.

Taste. Initial impression is rich and intensely malty with espresso and dark chocolate flavors. The mid-palate introduces the panettone influence, adding layers of sweet bready dough and dried fruit. Moderately high bitterness balances the significant malt sweetness. The finish is long and warming with lingering notes of toasty grain and cocoa.

Mouthfeel. Very full-bodied and chewy with a velvety, luscious texture. Carbonation is low to moderate. A significant but smooth alcohol warmth is present without being sharp or solventy.
