This German Pils captures the essence of a traditional lager with a crisp, refreshing profile designed for celebration. It opens with a prominent bouquet of flowery and herbal hop aromas, layered over a delicate foundation of grainy, doughy malt and hints of toasted cracker. The palate is defined by a firm, clean bitterness that immediately asserts itself, balanced by a light honey-like sweetness that quickly yields to a bone-dry finish. Effervescent carbonation and a medium-light body enhance the beer’s drinkability, while a lingering spicy hop note provides a sophisticated, refined aftertaste that remains remarkably clean and focused.
