GROSS Saturation Simcoe presents a vivid expression of the Hazy IPA style, defined by its singular focus on the multifaceted Simcoe hop. This beer pours with a characteristic opaque glow, releasing a saturated aromatic profile dominated by bright grapefruit, resinous pine, and a distinct undercurrent of passion fruit. The presence of Simcoe drives both the tropical sweetness and a gentle, grounding earthy depth. A soft, pillowy mouthfeel balances the intense hop saturation, while the low perceived bitterness and a subtle, grainy malt backbone provide a smooth canvas.
