Esta Pale Ale es una cerveza ligera, sin florituras ni complicaciones, apta para todos los públicos y una buena manera de empezar a conocer todo el catálogo de la cervecera donostiarra. Pilotegi toma el nombre de la calle en la que se sitúa el taproom y la fábrica de Gross. NOTA DE CATA: Pilotegi presenta un color dorado pálido, ligeramente velado, con una buena capa de espuma blanca. Aromas ligeramente frutales y herbáceos, muy sutiles. En boca aparecen nuevamente estos matices, acompañados de un trasfondo a cereal que acompaña a lo largo de todo el trago. Amargor medio, bien equilibrado, y final seco. 4,2% vol. / 44 cl. / 28 IBU INGREDIENTES: Agua, malta de cebada , lúpulo y levadura. RECOMENDACIONES: Servir a una temperatura en torno a 6 - 8ºC.
