The prominent use of Saaz hops introduces a distinctively spicy and herbal aroma that elevates the clean fermentation profile. Crisp and highly attenuated, this lager finishes exceptionally dry, driven by soft water and a brisk carbonation. It is a refreshing, pale gold beverage designed for high drinkability while maintaining the structured elegance of its noble ingredients.

Appearance. Very pale straw to medium yellow color (2-3 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a frothy white head that maintains moderate retention.

Aroma. Low intensity with a clean, grainy-sweet malt character from the Continental malt. Light but distinct spicy and floral hop notes from Saaz are present. Clean fermentation profile with no esters or diacetyl.
