Nofilter is a collaboration between GROSS and La Pirata, presenting a rustic Kellerbier interpretation of a classic Munich Helles. This unfiltered lager showcases a deep golden hue with a characteristic soft haze that hints at its fresh, unrefined nature. The sensory profile is led by the rich, grainy-sweetness of Continental Pilsner malt, providing a doughy and fresh-baked bread foundation. This malty core is elegantly balanced by traditional German hops, which impart delicate notes of wildflowers and dried herbs. With a clean fermentation profile and a smooth, rounded mouthfeel, it delivers a refreshing experience that finishes with a restrained bitterness, emphasizing drinkability and rustic yeast freshness.

Taste.Initial impression is moderately malty and soft. Prominent grainy-sweet malt flavors lead the palate, supported by a low to medium-low bitterness that prevents cloying. Subtle herbal and spicy hop flavors emerge mid-palate. The finish is soft and dry with a lingering impression of maltiness rather than harsh bitterness.
Mouthfeel.Medium body with a smooth, well-lagered character. Moderate carbonation provides a gentle sparkle, while the lack of filtration adds a slight creamy texture to the palate. No perceptible alcohol warmth.
