Gro Brewers La Normal is a vibrant Hazy IPA that emphasizes a tropical sensory experience through its precise use of Idaho-7 and Mosaic hops. The aroma is dominated by a complex bouquet of ripe mango, apricot, and a distinct hint of pine resin. Visually, it presents a glowing, hazy straw-gold with a stable, meringue-like white head. On the palate, the hop-forward profile delivers layers of blueberry and citrus, supported by a soft, bready malt backbone.
