GARDELA! is a formidable Double IPA that showcases a masterful blend of Centennial Cryo, Strata, Citra, and Mosaic hops. The sensory experience opens with an intense bouquet of passionfruit, ruby red grapefruit, and a distinct berry note reminiscent of fresh strawberries and blueberries. A resinous pine undertone from the Centennial Cryo provides structural depth. Despite its 10% ABV, the palate remains remarkably clean and dry, allowing the saturated hop oils to lead with firm bitterness and tropical complexity. A soft, neutral malt backbone supports the massive hop load without adding cloying sweetness, finishing crisp with a lingering citrus zest.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange-copper (7-9 SRM). Excellent clarity with a slight haze from heavy dry hopping. Moderate-sized, persistent white head with fine lacing.

Aroma. Intense hop aroma featuring prominent passionfruit and mango, accented by citrus zest and a distinct floral-pine lift. Low, clean, grainy maltiness supports the hops. A light, smooth alcohol note is present alongside a subtle berry ester character.

Taste. High hop flavor intensity characterized by tropical fruit, grapefruit rind, and resinous pine. Firm, high bitterness that avoids harshness. Clean, soft malt character provides a minimal base for the hops. Very dry finish with a long, lingering hoppy aftertaste. Alcohol is present but smooth.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, slightly creamy texture. Moderate to high carbonation. Noticeable but well-integrated alcohol warmth. Lacks harsh hop-derived astringency.
