Pulse Wave is a vibrant Double IPA that showcases an assertive, modern hop profile. Ekuanot hops lead the charge, delivering a complex bouquet of resinous pine, green herbs, and bright citrus. This intensity is beautifully balanced by the tropical fruit notes of pineapple and stone fruit provided by El Dorado, while Columbus adds a pungent, spicy depth. The sensory experience is defined by its "green" freshness and a clean, neutral malt backbone that allows the hops to remain the focal point. An 8% ABV provides a smooth, integrated warmth, finishing dry with a lingering, resinous bitterness that invites another sip.

Appearance. Deep gold to light amber (7-9 SRM) with a faint, persistent haze. Topped with a thick, creamy, off-white head that leaves significant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring resinous pine, lime zest, and sage from Ekuanot. Supportive notes of overripe pineapple and melon from El Dorado combine with a dank, peppery herbal quality from Columbus. Malt is restrained, showing only as a light, grainy background.

Taste. Strong hop flavors of grapefruit, resin, and tropical fruit dominate the palate. Ekuanot provides a distinctive green, herbal character that complements the sharp citrus of Columbus. Bitterness is firm and clean, balanced by a minimal, crackery malt sweetness. The finish is very dry with a lingering hoppy aftertaste.
