Z nith is a vibrant and refreshing American IPA that artfully integrates the bright, citrusy punch of lime with the crisp, orchard-like character of apple juice from Les Vergers de Tilly. This collaboration presents a sensory profile where tropical hop notes are sharpened by the zesty acidity of lime, creating a high-intensity aroma. The apple juice provides a subtle, rounding fruitiness that softens the lean, grainy malt base without adding excessive weight. Despite its approachable 5% ABV, it maintains a firm hop bitterness and a clean, dry finish that emphasizes the interplay between fruity esters and resinous hops.
Appearance. Pours a medium gold with a slight, fruit-derived haze. It features a medium-sized, persistent white head with excellent lacing.
