This celebratory Hazy IPA presents an opaque, luminous straw hue, exalting the intense tropical synergy of its hop bill. A punchy aromatic profile led by Citra Cryo and Idaho 7 Cryo releases waves of overripe mango, pink grapefruit, and resinous apricot. On the palate, the Idaho 7 provides a distinctive stone fruit and light pine complexity that melds seamlessly with a bready, grain-forward malt base. The experience is defined by its soft, pillowy texture and a restrained bitterness that allows the juicy hop character to linger through a smooth, off-dry finish, epitomizing the modern New England-style approach.

Appearance. Color is a hazy, opaque pale gold (5 SRM) with a luminous sheen. Pours with a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head that demonstrates excellent retention and leaving thick lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring prominent notes of grapefruit, tangerine, and tropical papaya. The Idaho 7 contribution adds layers of apricot and a faint, clean pine. Background malt is neutral and bready with no caramel presence; fermentation esters are supportive and fruity.

Taste. Initial impression is a burst of juicy tropical fruit and citrus. High hop flavors of mango and orange pith dominate, supported by a low, cracker-like malt sweetness. Perceived bitterness is low to moderate and exceptionally smooth, lacking any harshness. The finish is clean and fruit-forward with a lingering essence of citrus peel.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, silky mouthfeel. Carbonation is moderate, contributing to the beer's fullness without being prickly. Alcohol warmth is very light and well-integrated at 6.5% ABV; no astringency or hop burn is present.
