Appearance. Deep gold to pale amber (SRM 7–9). Brilliant clarity with a dense, long-lasting off-white head that leaves moderate lacing on the glass.
Aroma. Moderate to high intensity. Clean, honey-like malt sweetness is layered with complex gin botanicals—primarily juniper, coriander, and a touch of lemon peel. Subtle fruity esters reminiscent of ripe pear complement a noticeable but smooth ethanol presence.
