Dansende Katten is a mysterious Belgian Dark Strong Ale that captures the folklore of the Kattenberg with its deep, complex profile. At 9% ABV, it presents a rich, bready-toasty malt backbone layered with intense dark fruit notes of figs, plums, and raisins. The brewer’s addition of mysterious spices complements the Belgian yeast's natural spicy phenols, adding a subtle, enchanting complexity without overwhelming the palate.
