Emergency Landing is a vibrant Hazy IPA featuring a massive infusion of Slovenian-grown Styrian Dragon, Styrian Wolf, and Aurora hops. This unique trio delivers an intense sensory profile of mixed berries, tropical pineapple, and subtle floral spice. At a sessionable 5.3% ABV, it presents a soft, pillowy mouthfeel and a luminous, opaque golden glow. The aroma is dominated by elderflower and passionfruit, while the palate balances juicy stone fruit flavors against a lean, bready malt backbone. The finish is smooth and low in bitterness, emphasizing the lush, aromatic saturation of its homegrown hop harvest.

Appearance. Straw to pale gold (SRM 3-5). Opaque, hazy appearance with a bright 'shine'. Large, rocky, white head with high retention and dense meringue-like lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring sweet berries, passionfruit, and mango from the Styrian Wolf, complemented by lemon-citrus and floral notes from Styrian Dragon and Aurora. Background malt is clean, lightly bready, and grainy.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor of pineapple, strawberry, and citrus. Initial impression is juicy and fruit-forward. Low to medium-low bitterness that never becomes harsh or sharp. Malt flavor is low, providing a supportive soft-bread character. Finish is off-dry and smooth with lingering tropical fruit notes.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a soft, smooth texture. Moderate carbonation. No alcohol warmth. Absence of astringency or raw grain harshness, resulting in a very drinkable, pillowy mouthfeel.
