On the palate, the concentrated essence of the fruit is balanced by the structural presence of oak and fruit tannins, providing a vinous quality. A prickly, medium-high acidity drives the experience, cutting through the funk and leading to an exceptionally dry, lingering finish. The interaction between the mature barrel-aged components and the fruit skin character creates a refined, multi-layered profile.
