Ruby Jammin is a vibrant Wild Specialty Beer born from a collaboration between Great Notion and McMenamins, reimagining the iconic Ruby Ale through a tart, expressive lens. This ale bursts with a deep sensory profile defined by the bright, acidic punch of fresh raspberry and the zesty, citrus lift of lime. A smooth layer of vanilla provides a creamy, rounding sweetness that balances the sharp lactic tartness typical of the Jammy Pants lineage. The result is a complex, refreshing interplay of berry-forward fruitiness and a delicate, dessert-like depth, anchored by a soft, approachable malt base that yields to a crisp, acidic finish.

Appearance. Distinctive ruby-pink to deep magenta hue (6–12 SRM); hazy to nearly opaque clarity. Forms a pink-tinted, frothy head with moderate to low retention and light lacing.

Aroma. High intensity aromatics of jammy raspberry and fresh lime zest. A noticeable vanilla bean sweetness provides a creamy backdrop. Low malt presence with subtle doughy notes; fermentation character is dominated by clean lactic acidity with a very faint, rustic wild funk.

Taste. Initial impression is a sharp, refreshing tartness. Dominant flavors of ripe raspberry juice and tangy lime acidity are balanced by a smooth, lingering vanilla sweetness.
