A foundation of Pilsner malt provides a delicate, grainy sweetness that remains lean and crisp due to the addition of flaked rice, which lightens the body significantly. Subdued floral and spicy nuances from Saaz hops provide a faint, elegant counterpoint to the clean, neutral fermentation character. With high carbonation and a bone-dry finish, the beer emphasizes thirst-quenching simplicity and precision. Appearance. Very pale straw color (2 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a white, frothy head that has low persistence and minimal lacing.
Aroma. Low intensity with a clean fermentation profile. Subtle grainy-sweet malt aroma is present, accompanied by a very light spicy and herbal hop character from the Saaz hops. No esters or diacetyl.
