This German Pilsner presents a masterclass in crisp refreshment, defined by its elegant use of premium Pilsner malt. The sensory journey begins with a brilliant straw-colored pour and an aromatic bouquet where the floral elegance of Hallertau Mittelfruh meets the spicy, herbal snap of Saaz hops. On the palate, a clean, grainy-sweet doughiness provides a light foundation for a firm, assertive bitterness that cuts through with precision. Its lean structure and high carbonation lead to a remarkably dry, flinty finish, leaving a lingering trail of noble hop spice that ensures a clean, refreshing experience true to its continental heritage.
Appearance. Straw to deep yellow; brilliant clarity with a dense, creamy, long-lasting white head and excellent lacing.
Aroma. Moderately high flowery and spicy hop aroma from the Hallertau Mittelfruh and Saaz. Low grainy-sweet, doughy malt character with a light toasted cracker note. Exceptionally clean fermentation profile.
