This Double IPA showcases an intense hop profile driven by pungent Mosaic hops, radiating vibrant sensory layers of ripe peach, tropical mango, and zesty passion fruit. A subtle addition of honey provides a delicate floral sweetness that supports the massive hop load without becoming cloying or heavy. Despite its strength, the beer remains exceptionally drinkable, featuring a signature creamy and smooth mouthfeel that softens the impact of its high gravity. The bitterness is purposefully mellow for the style, allowing the lush stone fruit and tropical characteristics to lead into a clean, soft finish with lingering hop aromatics.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange with a slight haze. Topped by a dense, moderate-sized white head with excellent lacing and good persistence.

Aroma. High intensity aromatics dominated by Mosaic hops, offering profound notes of mango, passion fruit, and fuzzy peach. A light, floral honey note provides a clean, supportive malt background alongside a neutral fermentation profile and a hint of smooth alcohol.

Taste. Strong tropical fruit flavors of mango and passion fruit lead the palate, followed quickly by stone fruit notes of peach. A soft, grainy malt backbone with a touch of honeyed sweetness balances the hop intensity. Bitterness is moderate and notably smooth, lacking any harshness, leading to a medium-dry finish with a lingering tropical hop character.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a noticeably creamy and smooth texture. Carbonation is moderate. A gentle, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present, providing a subtle glow without being solventy.
