Toru's Quest is a refined American Porter that masterfully balances roasted depth with vibrant hop character. The sensory profile is led by light coffee and smooth chocolate notes, providing a sturdy malt foundation that avoids any acrid or burnt harshness. These dark malt elements are elegantly underpinned by a subtle citrus note from the Centennial hops, adding a layer of resinous brightness and floral complexity.
