Shall I Give You Dis Pear is a vibrant, sessionable Wild Specialty Beer that showcases a sharp, refreshing interplay between delicate orchard fruit and tropical punch. Aromas of ripe, aromatic guava lead the way, followed closely by the soft, floral essence of fresh pear. The wild fermentation lends a bright, lactic tartness that cuts through the fruit profile, while a bone-dry finish emphasizes the crispness of the low-alcohol base. Effervescent and lively, it balances the pungency of the guava with the subtle grainy sweetness of the base malt, delivering a highly refreshing sensory experience defined by its acidity and tropical fruit clarity.

Appearance. Pale straw with a slight opalescence. Thin, white head with poor retention and minimal lacing, typical of high-acidity wild ales.

Aroma. High intensity. Dominated by pungent tropical guava and soft, sweet pear esters. Notable lactic tartness with a very faint, earthy funk from the wild fermentation. Minimal malt presence.

Taste. Immediate, sharp lactic acidity. Flavors of fresh guava skins and juicy pear. The fruit sweetness is fermented out, leaving a clean, tart, and fruity profile. Hop bitterness is non-existent; the finish is very dry and quick.
