This American IPA showcases a vibrant collaboration with Eggers Hops, spotlighting the distinctive Full Moon Harvest Nelson Sauvin hops. The sensory experience is led by an intense bouquet of crushed white wine grapes, gooseberries, and lush tropical fruit. A clean, lean malt profile allows these New Zealand hop characteristics to take center stage, balanced by a firm yet integrated bitterness. Appearance. Deep gold (approx. 7 SRM) with a very light, attractive haze. Topped by a medium-sized, persistent white head with fine-textured lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by Nelson Sauvin character, featuring white wine, gooseberry, and passionfruit. Supported by a low, clean, grainy-sweet maltiness. Clean fermentation profile with no significant esters.

Taste. Initial impression is hop-forward, bursting with white grape and tropical fruit flavors. Low, bready malt provides a neutral support for the medium-high bitterness. The fermentation is clean, leading to a dry finish with a lingering, hoppy aftertaste of citrus zest and gooseberry.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth texture. Carbonation is medium-high, providing a crisp, refreshing bite. Very light, smooth alcohol warmth is present but well-integrated.
