Riwaka Shock is a modern American Pale Ale that highlights a vibrant interplay of New Zealand hops. The inclusion of Riwaka infuses the profile with punchy passionfruit and zesty grapefruit notes, complemented by Nelson Sauvin's signature white wine and crushed gooseberry nuances. This 5.3% ale maintains a lean, supportive malt base of neutral grains, allowing the tropical and citrus hop characteristics to shine. Crisp and refreshing, it balances moderate bitterness with a clean, dry finish, embodying a contemporary, hop-forward approach that emphasizes the unique aromatic intensity of its Southern Hemisphere ingredients.
