Jouletide is a massive, festive Imperial Stout that commands attention with its 11.2% ABV and profound complexity. The sensory experience is dominated by an intense interplay of bittersweet chocolate and deeply roasted coffee notes, evoking a rich, charred grain character. Beneath the roast, layered esters of dried figs and raisins provide a dark fruit depth characteristic of a well-crafted strong ale.
