Inner Space Smoothie: Pineapple Upside Down Cake reimagines a classic dessert within a Wild Specialty Beer framework. This pours with the thick, opaque consistency of a fruit smoothie, dominated by vibrant, tropical pineapple aromas and a delicate maraschino cherry top-note. The sensory experience is anchored by rich, indulgent custard-like creaminess and a soft vanilla undertone. While the wild fermentation provides a foundational tartness that balances the heavy fruit addition, the palate remains dessert-forward.
