This American Pale Ale presents a modern, New England-inspired profile, characterized by a soft and juicy palate. The aromatic intensity is driven by a vibrant trio of Mosaic, Citra, and Galaxy hops, offering layers of tropical fruit, passion fruit, and bright citrus. A neutral, grainy malt base provides a subtle foundation that allows the hop-forward character to shine without overbearing sweetness. With its moderate bitterness and moreish finish, it balances the crisp drinkability of a traditional pale ale with the lush, fruit-centric qualities of contemporary hop-forward styles, resulting in a clean and approachable sensory experience.

Appearance. Color is pale golden (SRM 5-7). The beer exhibits a slight haze with a moderately large, frothy white head that shows good retention and leaves delicate lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High hop aroma intensity featuring prominent notes of tropical mango, blueberry, and passion fruit from the Mosaic and Galaxy hops, complemented by Citra’s sharp lime and grapefruit. Low, neutral grainy maltiness provides a clean background, with very low fruity yeast esters.

Taste. The flavor is hop-forward and fruity, echoing the tropical and citrus notes found in the aroma. Moderate bitterness provides structure, while a low, bready malt profile offers support.
