This Wild Specialty Beer is a vibrant collaboration featuring a concentrated raspberry and blackcurrant profile. The unique addition of fruit jam provides a luscious, cooked-berry depth that complements the bright acidity of the base beer. Aromas of tart bramble fruit and earthy currants lead into a palate defined by jammy richness and a refreshing, tangy finish. Appearance. Deep ruby to magenta with a vibrant, pink-tinted head that shows moderate to quick dissipation. Slight haze is present from the heavy fruit addition, though the color remains saturated and jewel-like.
