Deep Space Side Quest is a vibrant New Zealand Pilsner that balances traditional crispness with modern Southern Hemisphere flair. The aromatic profile is defined by a heavy dry-hop addition of Nelson Sauvin and Nectaron, yielding unmistakable notes of white wine grapes, gooseberry, and juicy stone fruit. On the palate, a clean, bready malt foundation provides a smooth canvas for tropical layers of peach and pineapple. This lager remains refreshingly dry and highly drinkable, finishing with a firm but smooth bitterness.
