Appearance. Deep ruby-pink to light garnet with brilliant clarity; pours with a brief, fizzy light pink head that dissipates rapidly to a fine collar, leaving no lacing.
Aroma. High intensity of fresh, tart plums and floral apple esters. Subtle earthy notes and a hint of spice from the plum skins are present, with no malt, hop, or honey aromas. Very clean fermentation profile without sulfur or diacetyl.
