Appearance. Straw to deep yellow (2-4 SRM). Brilliant clarity. Pours with a dense, creamy, long-lasting white head that leaves delicate lacing on the glass.
Aroma. Moderate to high hop intensity. Alongside traditional flowery and spicy notes, the Tango hops contribute unique red berry and citrus aromas. The malt character is low to medium, providing a clean foundation of doughy bread and light honey. Fermentation is clean with no detectable yeast esters.
Taste. Initial impression is a crisp wave of grainy malt and cracker sweetness, quickly overtaken by a firm hop bitterness. Hop flavors mirror the aroma, blending herbal spice with modern fruity notes of berry and citrus. The finish is very dry and snappy, with a lingering minerally sharpness and a clean, bitter aftertaste.
