Cervezas Granizo

This German Pils is a vibrant dialogue between a traditional, delicate malt base and a modern, aromatic invasion of Lórien hops. The experience begins with a clean, grainy-sweet foundation that evokes notes of fresh cracker and light honey. However, the Lórien hops soon dominate, imparting a distinctive fruity and floral character that elevates the classic profile. Refreshing and bright, it maintains the crisp, high-attenuation finish expected of the style while introducing a unique, contemporary hop complexity. The result is a highly drinkable lager where the firm bitterness is perfectly balanced by an expressive, fruit-forward aromatic profile that lingers into a clean, dry finish.

Appearance. Brilliant straw to pale gold color (3 SRM). Exhibits a dense, creamy, long-lasting white head with excellent lacing and very clear clarity.

Aroma. Moderately high hop intensity featuring the specific floral and fruity notes of Lórien hops. Backed by a low grainy-sweet, doughy malt character with a light toasted cracker quality. Clean fermentation profile.

Taste. Initial malt flavor of white bread and toasted crackers quickly overcome by medium-high hop bitterness. Flavors of fruity Lórien hops are prominent mid-palate. Finishes very dry and crisp with a lingering, pleasant bitterness and a subtle minerally snap in the aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with high carbonation, providing a lively and refreshing sensation. Smooth texture with no astringency and a very light, well-integrated alcohol presence.
