Cervesa Gram's Gram Prima is a rich, mahogany-hued American Pale Ale that leans into a deep, reddish-caramel aesthetic. The sensory profile is defined by a prominent toasted malt character, offering evocative aromas of toffee, roasted nuts, and baked apple pie. On the palate, it delivers a sweet, pastry-like entry that avoids being cloying, supported by a medium-full body and a creamy, untuosa texture. While floral hops linger in the background, the balance remains focused on the complex malt bill. This unfiltered, bottle-matured ale concludes with a subtle, pleasant carbonation and a lingering, well-rounded finish that makes it exceptionally food-friendly.
Appearance. Deep mahogany to reddish-caramel (approximately 25 SRM); soft, off-white head with medium consistency; slight haze due to being unfiltered.
Aroma. Moderate to high intensity; primary toasted malt character with distinct notes of toffee, baked apple, and toasted nuts; secondary floral hop aroma; low fruity esters.
Taste. Initial sweet impression of caramel and pastry; toasted bread and apple pie flavors dominate the mid-palate; moderate hop bitterness provides balance against the rich malt profile; clean, lingering finish with a well-integrated toasted aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium to medium-full body with a creamy, smooth texture; subtle and pleasant carbonation; moderate mouth-coating weight without astringency; light alcohol warmth.

• Rojiza, consistente, de sabor y aroma tostado.
• Cerveza, tipo Ale, elaborada en Ontinyent de forma artesanal con agua, cebada malteada, flor de lúpulo y levadura. Sin aditivos. Madurada en el envase más de 30 días. Sin filtrar ni pasteurizar. Graduación 5 %.
• VISTA: Color rojizo acaramelado con tonalidades caoba, espuma suave y de consistencia media.
• NARIZ: De buena intensidad con tostados evidentes, toffe, tarta de manzana, frutos secos y flores en un segundo plano.
• BOCA: Entrada golosa sin ser dulzona, buen volumen y peso en boca, untuosa sin ser pesada, vuelven los recuerdos de pastelería y tarta de manzana, que aparecían en nariz. La burbuja en boca es agradable y sutil. Se mantiene bastante en boca.
• Se podría decir que es una cerveza bien balanceada, para toda la comida, puede acompañar de principio a fin.
