This German Pils bridges traditional lager crispness with modern hop intensity. A foundation of grainy-sweet malt provides a clean backdrop for a generous dry-hopping of Krush Hops. This specific hop variety drives a vibrant sensory profile of tropical citrus and ripe stone fruit, elevating the classic floral and herbal notes typical of the style. Brilliantly clear and highly attenuated, the beer finishes with a sharp, refreshing snap and a lingering, clean bitterness. Appearance. Straw to deep yellow (2–4 SRM); brilliant clarity; large, creamy, long-lasting white head with excellent lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop-forward profile featuring vibrant bursts of tropical citrus and stone fruit from Krush Hops, layered over moderate flowery and spicy herbal notes. Low grainy, doughy malt character with a hint of toasted cracker. Clean fermentation profile with no esters.
Taste. Initial crisp malt flavor featuring light honey and cracker notes, rapidly overtaken by assertive hop bitterness. Prominent hop flavors of citrus zest, mango, and peach.
