Cream Ale 4.5 º 27 IBU
Gracia Alba is a refreshing Summer Ale interpretation of the Ordinary Bitter style, distinguished by its bronze medal pedigree. This session-strength ale balances a delicate malt foundation of light caramel and toasted bread with a bright, citrus-forward hop character. Despite its slightly higher gravity than classic examples, it remains remarkably drinkable, weaving subtle fermentation esters into a clean, medium-bodied profile. The interplay between the soft caramel sweetness and the crisp, citrusy finish makes it an exceptionally balanced beer, designed for high drinkability while providing enough complexity to complement spicy cuisines and fresh seafood.
Appearance. 8-12 SRM. Light copper to pale amber with brilliant clarity. Features a low to moderate off-white head with light lacing.
