Gospel Green Original Cyder Brut PRODUCER: This is where it all started in 1990 when James Lane, our founding father set out to create England's finest method champenoise cider. Still made to the original recipe to this day using hand picked apples from the Blackmoor Estate. Gospel Green Cyder is made using finest cooking and desert apples from the Blackmoor Estate in Hampshire, and it is made using the 'Traditional Method' as employed in the Champagne region of France. TASTING NOTES: Aromatics of elderflower, brioche and green apples. Crisp with light acidity and a slight earthiness coming through on the palate. Smooth with a rounded finish and lasting mousse.
