Sky Dive is a luminous Hazy IPA that serves as a masterclass in the versatility of Mosaic hops. It pours with a characteristically opaque, golden glow, releasing an intense bouquet of stone fruit, zesty citrus, and ripe tropical notes. The single-hop profile shines through, offering a complex yet clean sensory experience where layers of mango and peach are anchored by a subtle, resinous pine finish. Despite its robust 7% ABV, the alcohol remains expertly concealed behind a soft, pillowy body. This creates a balanced, juicy harmony that celebrates the depth of modern New World hopping techniques and the specific, multifaceted character of the Mosaic variety.

Appearance. Straw to light golden-orange with a distinctive hazy, opaque shine. Topped by a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and thick lacing. (4-6 SRM)

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma showcasing the Mosaic variety. Prominent notes of mango and tangerine are layered over stone fruit and a light touch of resinous pine. The malt is subtle, providing a background of neutral, grainy, and slightly bready notes. Fermentation is clean with supportive fruity esters and no harsh alcohol.

Taste. Vibrant tropical fruit and citrus flavors dominate the initial impression. The mid-palate reveals peach and apricot followed by a clean, light piney bitterness. Low to moderate bitterness is well-integrated, providing a soft balance rather than a sharp bite. The finish is off-dry and smooth, leaving a lingering impression of juicy fruit without any harshness or graininess.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy, and smooth texture. Carbonation is moderate. Alcohol provides a very light, well-hidden warmth that does not detract from the drinkability. No astringency or raw starchiness is present.
